Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA - 6-Month Contract (Czech Republic)

Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will be an integral part of our Global People Strategy team and will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements

• Strong passion for recruiting and talent acquisition.
• 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter working for a SaaS tech company, specifically hiring for technical roles in Eastern Europe.
• Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage, and activate passive candidates effectively.
• Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting techniques.
• Results-oriented, agile, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Native level English.
