Clinical Laboratory Technologist

LabCorp is seeking a Clinical Lab Professional to join our team at Henry Ford New Baltimore in Chesterfield Township, MI. The job responsibilities include determining the acceptability of specimens for testing, performing routine and complex technical procedures, and reporting accurate and timely test results. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, and 1 year or more of clinical laboratory testing experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology
• 1 year or more of clinical laboratory testing experience
• ASCP or AMT certification
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems
• Proficient with computers
• High level of attention detail along with strong communication and organizational skills
