Senior HR Project Manager

Labcorp is seeking a Senior HR Project Manager to join their team in Durham, NC, leading complex HR initiatives that drive organizational performance and advance Labcorp’s people strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related discipline
• 7 or more years of project or program management experience, with at least 3 or more years leading HR or HR technology initiatives
• PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, Prosci, or similar certifications
• 3 or more years of AI/LLM fluency, including practical experience using LLM-based tools
• 3 or more years of experience managing vendor partners and SaaS solution providers
• Familiarity with enterprise HR architectures, integrations, and security frameworks
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
