Job Description
Labcorp is seeking a Senior Program Manager, HR AI Product Experience, to lead the ongoing evolution and governance of the company's AI assistant for employees and people managers. The role will oversee the experience, content, and skills roadmap for the AI agent, partner with HR teams, and ensure the agent continually expands in capability and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 or more years in HR, HR Operations, Employee Experience, or related fields
- 3 or more years' experience with platforms like Workday, ServiceNow or WatsonX Orchestrate
- 1 or more years' experience with conversation or content design
