Job Description
LabCorp is seeking a Sub Regional Operations Director to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong operational, analytical, and people leadership capabilities who thrives in a complex, multi-site healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required
- 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare operations or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers and large teams (250+ employees) across multiple locations
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
- Strong experience with staffing, scheduling, and multi-functional operations
- Proven experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 60%
