Job Description
We are currently looking for a Protection and Control Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in protection and control system design, cost estimating, and bidding document preparation for commercial, industrial, generation and renewables.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
- 5 or more years of experience in protection and control system design, cost estimating, and bidding document preparation for electrical transmission and distribution substations projects
- PE license from a US State
- Knowledge of Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), NERC, NEC, NESC, NEMA, and ANSI standards
- Experience with telecommunications, protective relaying, and automation (SCADA)
- Interest in low voltage coordination and arc flash studies
