Job Description
We are looking for a Protection and Control Engineer with 10 years of experience in protection and control system design, cost estimating, and bidding document preparation. The role involves designing projects, evaluating interoperability, and participating in business development.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
- 5 or more years of experience in protection and control system design, cost estimating, and bidding document preparation
- PE license from a US State
- Knowledge of Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), NERC, NEC, NESC, NEMA, and ANSI standards
- Experience with telecommunications, protective relaying, and automation (SCADA)
- Familiarity with Schweitzer Engineering, General Electric and Basler equipment
