The Sanitation Assistant Manager has mastered all techniques and knowledge as a Sanitation Lead and Sanitation Workers. Ensures all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized according to regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Has a deep understanding of and performs all tasks as the Sanitation workers and Leads
- Demonstrates a full understanding of all cleaning, sanitation and safety procedures
- Maintains an elevated level of knowledge of all cleaning procedures, USDA standards and chemicals being used
- Assist in moving heavy equipment and food products that could weigh 50lbs or more
- Properly breaks down, cleans and reassembles all machines
- Reports any Food Safety or Sanitation concerns observed to management
- Consistently performs safe chemical dispensing procedures
- Wears appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times while cleaning with chemicals
- Performs all tasks safely and is a manner that will not create or pose a direct threat to the health and/or safety of the sanitation workers or any other team member
