Requirements
- 6â10 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical device, or a regulated industry preferred
- Strong understanding of HR fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to coach leaders, build trust, and influence through relationships and data
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for driving positive employee and organizational outcomes
