Maintenance Manager

We’re seeking a forward-thinking Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, and asset performance for a high-volume manufacturing facility operating complex, automated production equipment.

Requirements

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors
• Own equipment reliability across the facility by implementing and improving preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• Partner with plant and corporate leadership on capital planning
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects focused on reducing unplanned downtime
• Own the maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to align maintenance priorities with production schedules
• Set the standard for safe maintenance practices, lockout/tagout compliance, electrical safety, and contractor oversight
