We’re seeking a forward-thinking Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, and asset performance for a high-volume manufacturing facility operating complex, automated production equipment. This role requires someone who can bridge both worlds: setting standards, building systems, and coaching teams while staying grounded in how equipment actually behaves on the plant floor.
