Production Manager for the Originals team creating long-form content for YouTube, broadcast, and podcast platforms. Lead end-to-end production of sponsored content and commercial campaigns, managing shoots, timelines, budgets, resources, and vendors. Coordinate production logistics and build and manage production budgets.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in commercial/sponsored content production management, ideally within digital media
- Strong track record delivering sponsor-led campaigns and commercial content
- Good understanding of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat) and how to integrate sponsorship effectively
- Excellent budgeting, negotiation, and commercial oversight skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to collaborate across teams to deliver creative, platform-native content that satisfies both audience and client objectives
