We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to configure, optimize, and secure our CRM ecosystem, ensuring it aligns with business objectives. As the architect of the company's CRM, you will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and day-to-day needs of sales, marketing, and service teams.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM administration role
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds, Flow Builder, Data Loader, and Salesforce DevOps Center
- Active Salesforce Certified Administrator is mandatory. Advanced Admin or AI Associate is highly preferred
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, or customer service teams through CRM systems
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) to support global teams
