Job Description
The Salesforce Administrator is the architect of the company’s CRM ecosystem, configuring, optimizing, and securing the platform to ensure it aligns with business objectives. The role bridges the gap between complex technical capabilities and the day-to-day needs of sales, marketing, and service teams.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM administration role
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds, Flow Builder, Data Loader, and Salesforce DevOps Center
- Active Salesforce Certified Administrator is mandatory. Advanced Admin or AI Associate is highly preferred
