Assembly Specialist

Lahlouh's Assembly Specialist will perform job duties such as operating shrink-wrap machines, distro pack outs, and general helper in the dept. to produce quality product in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.

Requirements

• Capability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to multi-task
• Aptitude to produce high quality work and pay close attention to detail
• Familiarity with manufacturing paths and Company equipment
• Ability to use a variety of factory machinery, hand tools, and computers
• Ability to read and understand Excel spreadsheets
• Ability to work with a team and/or independently
• Ability to work safely
• Comfortable with aspects of the handwork and kitting workflow
• Familiarity with general aspects of Printing, Bindery and Mailing workflow
• Full understanding of PACE, data collection and how to cost center
• Ability to perform monotonous work at a fixed rate of speed for long periods of time
• Ability to work quickly and with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for prolonged periods of time
• Communication: Escalates functional and process failures to the appropriate support groups and leaders
• Capable to develop and follow non-verbal communication (visual management: signs, work place organization, and pictures)
• Motivation: Ability to learn quickly and self-motivated
