Lake Ridge’s partnership with EFCA and its dedicated spiritual care team ensure residents receive holistic care that addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Registered Nurse - PRN
Bachelor’s degree in nursing with Registered Nurse certification, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation training, knowledge of general nursing principles, and proficiency in computer applications
Director of Property Management/Plant Operations
4-year degree, 5-7 years of experience in HVAC/electrical/plumbing, proficiency in computer applications and maintenance equipment
CNA /Certified Medication Aide Memory Support Assisted Living FT
High school diploma, 1-3 years of experience as a CNA, and Medication Technician certification
Certified Medication Aide CMA/CNA- PT Assisted Living
High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, CNA and Certified Medicine Tech certification
Registered Nurse - FT
Bachelor’s degree in nursing with Registered Nurse certification, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation training, and proficiency in computer applications and Care System paging systems
CNA/ Medication Aide Memory Support Assisted Living PT
CNA with 1-3 years of experience in memory support or dementia care, medication technician certification, and ability to register as a Certified Dementia Practitioner within 90 days
CNA with Certified Medication Aide - PT Assisted Living
High school diploma or GED, 1-2 years of experience, CNA and CMT certification
Certified Nursing Assistant On Call
High school diploma, 1-3 years of experience, and CNA certificate required
Licensed Practical Nurse - PT
LPN with current license, CPR training, and regular attendance required
Security Officer - On Call
High school diploma, 6-12 months of security experience, and strong communication skills required
