CNA /Certified Medication Aide Memory Support Assisted Living FT

We are seeking a Certified Medication Aide to work in a Senior Living Community in Lake Ridge, VA. The ideal candidate will have a CNA license and experience working with memory support residents. The role involves administering medications, engaging residents in activities, and assisting with household tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Medication Technician certification from an approved program or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current active status or ability to register as a Certified Dementia Practitioner through the National Certification Council for Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP)
