Job Description
We are seeking 6 Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with Medication Technician certification to work in a Senior Living Community in Lake Ridge, VA. The role involves providing person-centered care to residents with memory support needs, including administering medications, engaging in activities, and assisting with household tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience as a CNA, preferably in a memory support or dementia care setting
- Medication Technician certification from an approved program or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to register as a Certified Dementia Practitioner within 90 days of hire
