Job Description
We are seeking an Admission Registered Nurse (RN) to provide trusted, compassionate, and expert home care in our community.
Requirements
- Active NH RN license
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- One (1) year of healthcare experience required; home health care experience preferred
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist.
- Proof of Flu vaccination
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile insurance
- Physical exam within the last year
- Two-step TB test
