Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice is a non-profit home health care agency serving individuals of all ages in parts of Sullivan, Grafton and Merrimack counties in New Hampshire. Our mission is to help clients remain safe at home with home health care, hospice, palliative care and personal care services. Wellness programs, such as bereavement support groups, foot care clinics, memory respite care and health education, are also available.

3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and a valid driver's license
Good Day Respite Activities Coordinator
At least 2 years of experience working with geriatric individuals or persons with disabilities, CPR certification, and excellent communication skills
Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager
1-2 years direct care experience, active NH RN license, and excellent communication skills necessary
IT Support Specialist
Associates degree in IT, 2 years' experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills
Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager - Competitive Pay Rates
RN license, 2 years healthcare experience, home care experience beneficial
Medical Social Worker (MSW) - Day Shifts and Flexible Schedules
Master's degree in social work, 1+ year of healthcare experience, excellent communication skills
Homemaker/Companion
Proof of Flu vaccination, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and physical exam within the last year required
Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time
Current NH PT License, 2+ years of experience, proof of Flu vaccination, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, automobile insurance, physical exam within the last year, two-step TB test
Admission Registered Nurse (RN)
Active NH RN license, 1 year of healthcare experience, proof of Flu vaccination, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, automobile insurance, physical exam within the last year, two-step TB test
Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Baylor
2 years of healthcare experience, current NH RN license, home care experience beneficial
