Job Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide physical therapy services to patients in a homecare setting. The ideal candidate will be a highly autonomous professional with a strong background in physical therapy and experience in community/home health.
Requirements
- Current NH PT License (DPT preferred)
- Two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist. Community/home health experience is preferred
- Proof of Flu vaccination
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile insurance
- Physical exam within the last year
- Two-step TB test
