Requirements
- Experience as a PT in a clinical setting (2+ years)
- Home health experience (preferred)
- Current driver’s license in good standing
- Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance
- Current state professional license as a PT
- Current CPR certification
- Valid and current PT license in applicable state
