Finance Development Program

Lakeland Industries is seeking a Finance Development Clerk to support the Finance and Business Systems team with data entry, record management, and foundational finance tasks while learning corporate finance, accounting, and business systems. This role is ideal for junior/senior undergraduate students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in corporate finance, accounting, and business systems.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing (Junior/Senior) or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to learn ERP systems and finance processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
