Job Description
The Finance Development Program is a 2-3 year program designed to provide early career professionals with a broad and well-rounded learning experience to prepare them to be future leaders of Mauser. Participants will complete various rotations to enhance technical and leadership skills needed to succeed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Communication skills and presence; ability to express oneself clearly and concisely
- Fast learner and willingness to adapt to change
- Driven to succeed; motivated to grow career at Mauser
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented, with high level of ethics and integrity
