Lakes Regional Community Center serves 15 counties in Northeast Texas as the primary provider of mental health, intellectual and developmental disability (IDD), and substance use disorder services. As the designated IDD authority for 12 counties and the mental health authority for seven, the organization also administers TCOOMMI parole and continuity programs in key counties.
