Job Description
The position will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and is responsible for completing assessments, recovery planning, liaison with other clinical service providers, provision of treatment, crisis services, and documentation of client progress.
Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in counseling, social work, psychology or other qualified social, behavioral or human services field.
- Licensure in one of the following: LPHA, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Ph.D.
- Valid Texas driver's license and an acceptable driving record, as well as personal automobile liability insurance as required by the state of Texas.
