Lakes Regional Community Center serves 15 counties in Northeast Texas as the primary provider of mental health, intellectual and developmental disability (IDD), and substance use disorder services. As the designated IDD authority for 12 counties and the mental health authority for seven, the organization also administers TCOOMMI parole and continuity programs in key counties. Its multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, counselors, and nurses delivers psychiatric medication management, counseling, and community‑based supports—including day programs, supported employment, and crisis respite—to children, adolescents, and adults. Lakes distinguishes itself through a commitment to self‑determination, service choice, and integrity, fostering collaborative relationships with individuals and communities while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accountability.

Service Coordinator
Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university in a social, behavioral, human service, or health-related field, valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record
IDD Provider Specialist-PRN Paris
High school degree, 0 years of experience required
Speech Therapist
Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy, current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant or Speech & Language Pathologist, and 1 year of experience
Community Services IDD Provider Specialist
High School diploma or GED, 6 months to 2 years of work experience, valid Texas driver’s license and acceptable driving record
LCDC- Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor
Valid Texas Driver's License, LCDC in Texas, CMBHS/TDCJ Experience (preferred)
Occupational Therapist/Occupational Therapist Assistant
Licensed in Texas, ability to document effectively, and ability to communicate with families and coworkers

6 months of work experience, therapeutic techniques and modalities, independent judgment, and computer skills
