The Assistant Community Manager assists in all aspects of property operation, including administration, maintenance, leasing, and resident relations. The role is responsible for managing new home inventory, sales and marketing, and ensuring compliance with community policies. The Community Manager provides direction and supervision.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of related management experience in retail, hospitality or property management
• Experience in Customer service or resident relations
• Proficiency in office productivity software
• Ability to understand and apply company policies, local, state and federal regulations
