Job Description
The Community Manager provides leadership and is responsible for the growth and success of the community and employees. They manage all phases of the property's operation, including administration, maintenance, leasing, resident relations, and personnel management.
Requirements
- High School diploma or Equivalent
- 3 years of related management experience in retail, hospitality, or property management
- Demonstrated leadership and guidance skills
- Experience with budget development and monitoring, financial management, and analysis
- Moderate proficiency in office productivity software
- Knowledge of rent management software
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
