Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will oversee daily construction activities, manage project budgets and costs, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing construction or development projects
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
