Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of assigned development projects, from request for proposal to construction and through project closeout. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, anticipate challenges, and keep projects moving efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing construction or development projects
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
