Job Description
We're seeking a Preschool Director for our Kids & Company Child Development Center. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage teachers, and maintain compliance with state regulations. You'll lead a team and shape the future of early childhood education.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least four years in a leadership role
- Current Pediatric First Aid & CPR certification with anaphylaxis and asthma training preferred
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of child development, creative classroom environments and best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
