Job Description
We are seeking a Safety Manager to join our safety leadership team at Lakeside Foods in New Richmond, WI. As a Safety Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our safety culture and working closely with our Corporate Safety/Loss Control Manager. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Prior experience implementing safety programs or 5 years of experience leading/implementing safety programs
- Familiarity with laws, current practices and trends in the field of safety compliance
- OSHA 10 Hour / OSHA 30 Hour, First Aid/CPR Certification (a plus)
- Proven record of implementing safety programs and procedures
- Strong commitment to safety excellence and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
