Requirements

• Contact players to encourage increased attendance and visits
• Resolve guest issues to ensure guest loyalty
• Work with other property departments and their guests on marketing promotions
• Maintain positive relationships with high-value guests
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Gaming License
