Requirements
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and player development goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing VIP players.
- Generate new business through calls, emails, special events, and community outreach.
- Provide full-service guest support both on and off property, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
- Lead and support Casino Hosts by setting goals, providing coaching, and monitoring performance.
- Assist in planning and executing player development events and promotions.
- Approve player comps and incentives within established guidelines.
- Monitor competitive activity and provide regular market analysis reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support operations.
- Directly supervises Casino Hosts.
