Director of Food and Beverage

The Food & Beverage Director leads all food, beverage, and culinary operations at Lakeside Hotel Casino, including the restaurant, coffee shop, casino bars, banquets, and kitchen.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5–7 years of related leadership experience
• Proven management/leadership experience in multi-outlet F&B operations
• Strong English communication skills, including presenting to groups
• Intermediate math skills for discounts, percentages, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
