Job Description
Lakeside Renovation & Design is seeking a dedicated and experienced remodeling carpenter to join their team. The role involves preforming and completing work according to a scope and schedule, delivering company values and maintaining a safe work environment. The position requires effective communication, training, and the ability to manage a team of carpenters.
Requirements
- Follow daily communication from Lead Carpenter regarding job-specific tasks
- Construct outdoor structures like Deck/Screen rooms and Porch Overhangs
- Experience with composite Decking, aluminum, and composite rail systems (preferred)
- Experience with Boral, James Hardie, and vinyl exterior finish materials (preferred)
- Ability to lift heavy loads
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to handle heavy labor
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
