Exterior Lead Carpenter

Lakeside Renovation & Design is hiring a dedicated Exterior Lead Carpenter to coordinate and complete construction projects under a Project Manager's direction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential construction and industry best practices, alongside experience installing materials like wood, composite decking, and aluminum systems. A team management role, plus the delivery of Lakesides values is essential.

Requirements

• Follow daily communication from the Project Manager regarding job specific tasks and instructions
• Construct Outdoor living structures with wood framing such as Screen rooms, Porch Overhangs, Decks
• Experience in composite Decking as well as aluminum and composite rail systems (preferred)
• Experience in the installation of exterior finish materials such as Boral, James Hardie, vinyl (preferred)
• Show a willingness to learn and grow in carpentry ability and knowledge as well as product installation.
• Show a willingness to train and supervise laborers and apprentices
• Ability to lift job site equipment
• Must be able to climb a ladder
• Must be able to handle heavy labor
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
