Job Description
HealthPartners is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Administrative Operations and Development (AOD) to define and direct the implementation of strategic major system projects, cross-functional mid-sized system projects, and complex multi-departmental operational projects. The position is responsible for managing all aspects of a project lifecycle, leading project teams, and ensuring project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science, business administration, health care management, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated project management experience in a health care administrative setting
- Experience in implementation of complex health care related projects
- Skills in project management, consulting, and facilitation
- Ability to balance project stakeholders' requirements within pre-established project parameters
