Job Description
HealthPartners is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Administrative Operations and Development. This position is responsible for defining and directing the implementation of strategic major system projects, cross-functional mid-sized system projects, and complex multi-departmental operational projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science, business administration, health care management and/or 5+ years of equivalent project management experience in implementation of complex health care related projects
- Demonstrated project management experience in a health care administrative setting as evidenced by successful implementation of 4-8 complex projects
- Ability to balance project stakeholders’ requirements within pre-established project parameters
- Ability to effectively communicate project status and issues to key project stakeholders
