Driver Operations Manager

Lalamove is a leading global on-demand delivery platform that connects customers and drivers through technology. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Driver Operations Manager to oversee the growth, engagement, and operational performance of our driver network.

Requirements

• Ensure a healthy and sustainable driver supply by maintaining a strong pipeline of driver leads and overseeing the driver onboarding process.
• Monitor driver activity and engagement levels, and implement initiatives to improve driver retention and platform participation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the driver community to foster engagement and trust.
• Provide leadership and strategic oversight for the Offline Presence function, through the Assistant Manager who manages the team’s day-to-day operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain driver operations SOPs and policies to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
• Track key operational and service quality metrics related to driver performance and platform activity.
• Lead and manage operational projects and initiatives aimed at improving driver supply, operational efficiency, and service quality.
