Driver Operations Lead, Onboarding is responsible for leading and optimizing driver attraction and onboarding processes, improving conversion rates, and delivering an efficient and seamless onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in operations, onboarding, or managing acquisition teams
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams
- Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on data-based decision-making
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- University degree required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in people management and driver recruitment
- At least 2 years of leadership experience is a plus
- Previous experience working with mobility apps, car and truck dealerships, banks/financial institutions, and transport associations is highly valued
