Lalamove is seeking a Driver Operations Strategy & Analytics Specialist to lead and execute data-driven projects focused on improving driver experience and platform health. The role combines strong analytical thinking, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership to oversee relationships with drivers and drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Partner with internal teams to investigate and resolve driver-related issues
• Collaborate across the Driver Operations team to escalate cases and improve processes and policies
• Manage the driver lifecycle, including activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives
• Analyze data to understand driver behavior and optimize communication and incentive strategies
• Design, launch, and optimize driver missions and incentive programs aligned with business needs
