Head of Pricing Strategy

Lalamove is looking for a Head of Pricing Strategy to lead competitive intelligence and pricing strategy, own pricing execution, and drive data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or postgraduate degree in business, economics, analytics, statistics, or a related quantitative field, and proven years of experience in data analytics, strategy, or commercial finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven years of experience in data analytics, strategy, or commercial finance.
• Expert-level SQL, python skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and statistical modeling is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of multiple-sided marketplace dynamics, including surge pricing, incentive optimization, and price sensitivity modeling.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and redefine scope as the business scales and competitive dynamics shift.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects or teams within a commercial/data function. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
