Job Description
Lalamove is a leading global on-demand delivery platform looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of sales associates to meet and exceed team and individual goals, build a high achieving sales team to identify sales leads, pitch Lalamove's services to new clients, and implement consultative selling techniques to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant sales management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline from a reputable institution
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
