Construction Assistant Superintendent role at Laland Baptiste LLC, a certified minority and woman owned construction management and consulting firm. Responsibilities include providing construction management services, program management, and other related tasks.

Requirements

• Proficient in computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling applications.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check for DOCCS.
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to respond to calls off normal hours and occasionally work extra hours to meet project needs.
• Must be able to work autonomously, follow procedures, interpret and enforce contract documents.
• Must be available for some NYS travel.
