Assembler 3

The Assembler 3 role is a key part of Lam's Global Operations Group, responsible for assembling and installing parts/hardware for wafer fabrication equipment in a lean manufacturing clean-room environment.

Requirements

• Effective use of instructions and schematics, hand tools, equipment, and fixtures to assemble and install parts/hardware for WFE.
• Flexibility and responsiveness to changing priorities, including rework requirements to maintain workflow and production schedules.
• Correct part delivery and visual inspection of components before installation.
• Cross-training in multiple work centers.
• Training other assemblers on specific job functions.
• Identifying and documenting Non-Conformance Items (NCIs).
• Supporting a safe work environment.
• Providing timely clear communication to stakeholders.
