Job Description
The Hardware Designer 2 role involves designing and developing mechanical parts and subassemblies, creating layouts to support product design and technology development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, at least five years of direct hardware design experience, and proficiency in Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of direct hardware design experience
- Proven competency in developing complex electromechanical systems
- Experience with metal machining and sheet metal fabrication
- Extensive hands-on experience in configuration management and change control in PLM applications
