Job Description
As a Mechanical Engineer Manager - New Product Development (NPI) in the WETS Product Group, you will lead and develop a team of mechanical engineers responsible for designing complex subsystems and assemblies, while partnering closely with Systems, Process, Electrical, Controls, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with 8+ years of experience, including people or technical leadership roles, or Masterâs degree with 6+ years of experience, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong background in mechanical design of complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading mechanical design through NPI phase gates.
- Experience managing engineers and delivering results through cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize, manage risk, and execute in a high-accountability environment.
