Job Description
As Mgr, Business Operations Mgmt, you will lead process improvement initiatives, plan and manage the activities of a team, and advise business groups on strategic direction. You will be responsible for the accuracy of forecast in CRM, oversee the execution of the booking process, and communicate with the sales team and global operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of related experience
- 2 years of supervisory or CFT leadership experience
