Job Description
Manage business operations for Lam's aftermarket Services business, developing and implementing processes and systems to improve customer experience and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Master's degree with 8+ years' experience
- Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience in Aftermarket Service space
- Familiarity with supporting a medium to large product line and driving process improvement programs
- Prior experience of driving medium to large scale business systems and process change
